Harvest Finance (FARM) is an automated yield optimization protocol that automatically moves funds between the highest-yielding DeFi strategies. Users deposit tokens into Harvest vaults, which deploy capital into Curve, Compound, Aave, and other protocols, compounding rewards automatically. FARM is distributed to vault depositors as an additional yield boost. The total supply of 690,420 FARM is deliberately small, creating high per-token value. Harvest suffered a $34M flash loan attack in 2020 but continued operating, distributing compensation. The protocol operates on Ethereum, BNB Chain, and Polygon.
