Quick answers

My swap has been pending for a long time — what do I do?

First, check the status page using your swap ID. If it shows 'waiting', we haven't received your deposit yet — check your sending wallet. If it shows 'confirming', the blockchain is processing. If stuck for more than 2 hours, contact us on Telegram with your swap ID.

I sent to the wrong address — can you help?

Unfortunately, blockchain transactions are irreversible. We cannot recover funds sent to the wrong address. Always double-check your destination address before confirming a swap.

I didn't provide a refund address and my swap failed — what now?

Please contact us on Telegram or email with your swap ID and a wallet address for the refund. We'll work with the liquidity provider to return your funds. Response time may be longer for manual refunds.

How do I track my swap?

After you create a swap, you'll be redirected to a live status page. Bookmark it or copy the URL. You can also access it later at syntheticswap.io/status/[your-swap-id].
