About Peaq
Peaq is a blockchain purpose-built for Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks (DePIN), machine economies, and real-world asset tokenization. It provides a Layer 1 infrastructure with built-in modules for machine identity (peaqID), machine access control (peaqRBAC), and machine data storage (peaqStorage). As an EVM-compatible Polkadot parachain, Peaq enables developers to deploy Solidity contracts while leveraging Polkadot's interoperability and shared security. Projects building on Peaq include EV charging networks, robotics, connected vehicle networks, and industrial IoT systems. PEAQ is the native token used for staking, governance, and paying network fees.

How to Swap PEAQ
Swapping Peaq (PEAQ) on SyntheticSwap requires no registration or KYC. PEAQ is a Polkadot ecosystem token, supported by Polkadot.js extension, Talisman, SubWallet, and Ledger. Open SyntheticSwap, select PEAQ as your source or destination asset, provide your receiving wallet address, and confirm the floating rate. After sending PEAQ to the deposit address, the destination asset is automatically delivered to your wallet once the transaction is confirmed.
How to Store PEAQ
Store PEAQ in MetaMask or any EVM-compatible wallet (Peaq is EVM-compatible). Polkadot-native wallets like Talisman also support PEAQ for staking and governance.
