About Aster
Aster (ASTER) is the token of Aster, a decentralised perpetual-futures exchange that runs primarily on BNB Chain and also supports Ethereum, Arbitrum and Solana. Aster competes with Hyperliquid for on-chain derivatives volume and is known for hidden orders (to reduce front-running), very high leverage in its simple mode, and yield-bearing collateral.
The token launched in September 2025 with a total supply of eight billion; it is used for fees, staking (AsterEarn) and governance. Like most exchange tokens its price tracks trading activity on the platform closely.

It runs primarily on BNB Chain with deposits accepted from Ethereum, Arbitrum and Solana, offers a simple high-leverage mode and a professional order-book mode, and supports hidden orders so large trades are not visible in the book before they fill. Collateral can be held in yield-bearing form, so margin earns while positions are open.
