About Cream Finance
Cream Finance (CREAM) is a decentralized lending protocol that differentiated itself from Compound and Aave by supporting a wide range of long-tail assets as collateral. Cream enabled borrowing against tokens that larger protocols wouldn't list. The protocol introduced Iron Bank — an institutional undercollateralized lending service for whitelisted DeFi protocols to borrow capital for liquidity. Despite being exploited multiple times for over $100M total, Cream remains operational and has served as a key piece of multi-chain DeFi infrastructure.

How to Swap CREAM
Swapping Cream Finance (CREAM) on SyntheticSwap requires no KYC or account creation. CREAM exists on both Ethereum and BNB Chain, so wallets like MetaMask, Trust Wallet, and Ledger support it on both networks. Open SyntheticSwap, select CREAM as your source or destination, enter your receiving address, and confirm the floating rate. Once your CREAM deposit is confirmed on the respective chain, the destination asset is automatically delivered to your wallet. SyntheticSwap is fully non-custodial.
How to Store CREAM
CREAM (ERC-20) is stored in MetaMask, Ledger, or any Ethereum wallet. CREAM staking and governance use the Cream Finance portal.
