About Loopring
Loopring (LRC) is an open-source ZK-rollup protocol for building high-throughput, low-cost decentralized exchanges and payment apps on Ethereum. By batching thousands of transactions off-chain and submitting ZK proofs to Ethereum, Loopring achieves up to 2,000 TPS at a fraction of Ethereum mainnet gas costs while inheriting Ethereum's full security. The Loopring Exchange (loopring.io) lets users trade and transfer tokens in a non-custodial environment. LRC is the protocol token used for staking by exchange operators and for governance. Loopring pioneered ZK-rollup DEX technology and influenced many later ZK scaling solutions.

How to Swap LRC
Exchanging Loopring (LRC) on SyntheticSwap is straightforward and requires no registration or identity verification. LRC is an ERC-20 token built on Ethereum, so you can use MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, Trust Wallet, or any other Ethereum-compatible wallet to send and receive it. Select LRC in the SyntheticSwap interface, choose your destination coin, enter a receiving address, and confirm the rate. Your swap processes automatically — the destination token arrives in your wallet once the Ethereum transaction is confirmed.
How to Store LRC
LRC (ERC-20) is stored in MetaMask, Ledger, Trust Wallet, or any Ethereum wallet. For using Loopring's ZK-rollup DEX, visit loopring.io and connect your wallet — your funds will be in the L2 environment but can be withdrawn to L1 Ethereum at any time.
