About DeRace
DeRace is a blockchain-based horse racing game featuring NFT horses, on-chain breeding mechanics, competitive race events, and hippodrome ownership. Each horse NFT has unique DNA encoded on-chain determining racing attributes: speed, acceleration, stamina, and endurance. Players breed horses by combining two NFT parents, producing offspring with inherited and randomly mutated traits. Horses compete in races where outcomes are determined by an algorithm using horses' attributes plus a verifiable random factor. DERC tokens are used for entry fees, breeding costs, and hippodrome operations. Hippodrome owners earn fees from races hosted in their virtual racetracks, creating passive income for real estate owners in the game.
