About Reflexer Finance
Reflexer Finance is the creator of RAI — a non-pegged, ETH-backed stable asset that uses algorithmic monetary policy to maintain stability. Unlike dollar-pegged stablecoins, RAI does not target any fiat price. Instead, it uses a PID controller (a feedback mechanism from control theory) to automatically adjust borrowing rates and maintain price stability relative to its own moving target price. This makes RAI the most decentralized and governance-minimized stable asset in DeFi, with minimal human intervention in its monetary policy. FLX is the governance token with an extremely small supply of 1 million tokens, allowing RAI's system to become 'ungoverned' over time.
