About Venus
Venus (XVS) is the governance token of the Venus Protocol, an algorithmic money market and stablecoin platform on BNB Chain. Inspired by Compound and MakerDAO, Venus allows users to supply crypto assets as collateral and borrow against them, or mint VAI (Venus's native stablecoin). XVS is distributed to borrowers and suppliers as liquidity mining rewards and grants governance rights.
