About StaFi Protocol
StaFi Protocol is a decentralized staking finance platform that issues liquid staking derivatives (rTokens) for PoS cryptocurrencies. When users stake through StaFi, they receive rTokens (rETH, rATOM, rDOT, rSOL, rBNB, etc.) — tradeable representations of their staked positions that continuously accumulate staking rewards. rTokens solve staking's liquidity problem: instead of locking assets for unbonding periods, users can sell or use rTokens in DeFi immediately. StaFi operates as a Polkadot parachain with cross-chain staking bridges to external networks. FIS tokens are used for governance, paying fees, and staking in the StaFi validator set.

How to Swap FIS
Swapping StaFi Protocol (FIS) on SyntheticSwap requires no registration or KYC. FIS is a Polkadot ecosystem token, supported by Polkadot.js extension, Talisman, SubWallet, and Ledger. Open SyntheticSwap, select FIS as your source or destination asset, provide your receiving wallet address, and confirm the floating rate. After sending FIS to the deposit address, the destination asset is automatically delivered to your wallet once the transaction is confirmed.
How to Store FIS
Store FIS in the Polkadot.js extension, MetaMask (ERC-20 wrapped version), or SubWallet with Polkadot parachain support.
