About StakeWise

StakeWise (SWISE) is a non-custodial ETH staking protocol that introduced a unique dual-token model. V2 used sETH2 (staked ETH, principal) and rETH2 (reward ETH, yield) as separate tokens. V3 introduced permissionless Vaults — allowing any node operator to create their own staking vault with custom fee structures. Stakers choose which vault to use based on validator reputation and fees. osETH is StakeWise V3's over-collateralized liquid staking token that can be minted from any vault. SWISE is used for governance and fee discounts.

How to Swap SWISE

Exchanging StakeWise (SWISE) on SyntheticSwap is straightforward and requires no registration or identity verification. SWISE is an ERC-20 token built on Ethereum, so you can use MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, Trust Wallet, or any other Ethereum-compatible wallet to send and receive it. Select SWISE in the SyntheticSwap interface, choose your destination coin, enter a receiving address, and confirm the rate. Your swap processes automatically — the destination token arrives in your wallet once the Ethereum transaction is confirmed.

How to Store SWISE

SWISE (ERC-20) is stored in MetaMask, Ledger, or any Ethereum wallet. StakeWise's DApp manages staking and vault selection for ETH deposits.
